Synopsis

Made in 1979, Fassbinder's controversial and darkly comic film depicts an inept group of middle-class German radicals plotting to kidnap the director of a multinational company. The terrorists are aware that the government is on to them and constantly fear betrayal; the death of one of them confirms their fears that their stratagem has been discovered. But still they persist with their controversial plan.
